Ceramic fiber boards are made from high-purity aluminosilicate fibers and inorganic binders, manufactured into rigid refractory insulation boards through vacuum forming and hightemperature curing. Unlike flexible fiber blankets, these boards are highly rigid, flat, and stiff, do not easily shed particles, do not deform, and are self-supporting, allowing to be used as furnace linings without additional framing. They are categorized into three main series based on temperature resistance: 1260 Standard Series: Long-term use ≤000°C, cost-effective, suitable for household fireplaces, small ovens, and low-temperature boilers; 1350 High-Alumina Series: Longterm use 1100°C, suitable for medium-temperature industrial electric furnaces, annealing furnaces, and heat treatment equipment; 1430 Zirconia-Containing: Zirconia added, long-term use 1250°C, specifically for high-temperature kilns, metallurgy, and continuous heat treatment furnaces. The boards entirely asbestos-free and odorless at high temperatures, and can be freely cut, grooved, drilled, and CNC machined into irregular shapes.
Rigid and fixed shape, strong support without collapsing Vacuum forming process, the board is hard and flat, standing upright without softening inside furnace lining. Compared to fiber blankets, it doesn't require a large number of fixing clips, making construction easier. High-temperature resistant, Class A fireproof, low conductivity Non-combustible and fireproof material, isolates high temperatures, extremely low thermal conductivity, reduces heat loss, saves energy and reduces consumption for equipment, and the outer is not hot to the touch. Minimal high-temperature shrinkage, no deformation or cracking during long-term use Inorganic binder is stable at high temperatures, making it difficult shrink, curl, or powder under repeated hot and cold cycles, with a service life far exceeding ordinary insulation boards. Asbestos-free and environmentally friendly, safe to use no asbestos or other harmful substances, does not release toxic smoke at high temperatures, and can be safely used in food ovens, household fireplaces, and industrial workshops. Easy to process supports custom irregular shapes Can be cut with an ordinary utility knife or saw blade, supports drilling, grooving, milling, and CNC engraving, and can be made into irregular parts as fire shields, mold insulation pads, and furnace door linings according to needs. Wind erosion and airflow wash resistant The board surface is dense, so it does not shed fibers fuzz under the long-term wash of hot air and high-temperature airflow from kilns, making it suitable for ovens and trolley kilns with hot air circulation. Sound insulation vibration damping The porous fiber structure can absorb noise from high-temperature equipment, serving the dual purpose of insulation and noise reduction. Corrosion resistant and stable Resistant to acids and alkalis, and oxidation-resistant, it maintains stable performance in neutral high-temperature environments, making it suitable for use in flues and small-scale high-temperature equipment.
