Ceramic fiber boards are made from high-purity aluminosilicate fibers and inorganic binders, manufactured into rigid refractory insulation boards through vacuum forming and hightemperature curing. Unlike flexible fiber blankets, these boards are highly rigid, flat, and stiff, do not easily shed particles, do not deform, and are self-supporting, allowing to be used as furnace linings without additional framing. They are categorized into three main series based on temperature resistance: 1260 Standard Series: Long-term use ≤000°C, cost-effective, suitable for household fireplaces, small ovens, and low-temperature boilers; 1350 High-Alumina Series: Longterm use 1100°C, suitable for medium-temperature industrial electric furnaces, annealing furnaces, and heat treatment equipment; 1430 Zirconia-Containing: Zirconia added, long-term use 1250°C, specifically for high-temperature kilns, metallurgy, and continuous heat treatment furnaces. The boards entirely asbestos-free and odorless at high temperatures, and can be freely cut, grooved, drilled, and CNC machined into irregular shapes.

Wind erosion and airflow wash resistant The board surface is dense, so it does not shed fibers fuzz under the long-term wash of hot air and high-temperature airflow from kilns, making it suitable for ovens and trolley kilns with hot air circulation.
