Ceramic fiber blanket is a flexible, rollable refractory insulation material made from high-purity aluminosilicate ore (alumina silica) as material. It is produced by high-temperature melting and blowing into ultrafine fibers, followed by double-sided needle punching and heat setting processes. The entire process adds no organic binders, no odor, smoke, or shedding of particles during high-temperature use. It features a pure white, flexible texture with high tensile strength and is resistant to delamination and cracking.It is divided into two main types based on temperature resistance: 1260℃ Standard Aluminosilicate Blanket: Long-term operating temperature of 1000℃, high cost-effectiveness; universally suitable for household fireplaces, small boilers, steam pipes, and ovens; 1430℃ Zirconia-containing Ceramic Fiber Blanket: Zirconia is, with a long-term temperature resistance of 1250℃ and minimal high-temperature shrinkage; specifically designed for industrial kilns, heat treatment, metallurgy, and hightemperature equipment.
