Ceramic fiber packing, also known as aluminosilicate packing, refractory sealing rope, or high-temperature packing filler, is made from high-alumina aluminosilicate fiber yarn through multi-layer weaving, serving as an environmentally friendly substitute for asbestos packing. It is divided into two main types: Pure ceramic fiber packing It contains metal wires, is soft and clean in texture, and does not release metal impurities, meeting the requirements for use in food and clean heat treatment equipment; it has a long-term temperature of 1000°C and a short-term resistance of 1260°C. 304 stainless steel wire reinforced ceramic fiber packing Stainless steel are woven into the interior, providing tensile strength, wear resistance, and tear resistance; it does not easily shed fibers or debris when furnace doors are repeatedly opened and closed, offering a longer service life and is widely used in industrial kilns and boiler doors subject to frequent wear.
Ultra-high fire resistance and thermal insulation Long-term operating temperature of 1000-1260°C, noncombustible in open flames, effectively blocks high-temperature flue gas and heat leakage, while providing thermal insulation and energy-saving effects. Good flexibility and rebound, sealing The woven structure is soft and elastic, capable of filling gaps in furnace doors, flanges, and air ducts, adapting to uneven contact surfaces to seal hot air and flue gas. Resistant to flue gas, water vapor, and weak acids/alkalis Can withstand high-temperature water vapor, boiler flue gas, and mildly corrosive exhaust gases for long time, and is not easily hardened, powdered, or cracked in high-temperature environments. Simple processing and installation Square 5×5 to 50×5mm and various circular specifications are in stock, shipped in full rolls, and can be cut to size with ordinary scissors. Dual-purpose application Can be used as sealing filler furnace doors, inspection ports, and flues, or wrapped around high-temperature pipes as a thermal insulation layer.

Ceramic fiber packing is woven from aluminum silicate fiber, an asbestos-free, environmentally friendly, and refractory material with a temperature resistance of up to 160°C. It is available in two styles: pure fiber and steel wire reinforced, with a complete range of square and round specifications. It is widely used for high- sealing and insulation in boilers, kilns, ovens, and flues, and can be cut to size as needed.
