I. Product Introduction Glass fiber needle-punched blanket, also known as glass fiber needle-punched felt, is made alkali-free / high-silica glass fiber raw filaments. It is formed through combing and needle-punching reinforcement without binders, resulting in a uniformly fluffy structure. It is a, high-temperature resistant inorganic insulation material. Asbestos-free, it features multiple properties including thermal insulation, sound absorption, corrosion resistance, and filtration. It is available in two series: regular alkali-free glass fiber needle-punched blanket and high-silica glass fiber needle-punched blanket, and is widely used in industrial scenarios such as high-temperature equipment, dust removal and filtration, and sound insulation filling. Distinction Between the Two Mainstream Materials Alkali-free glass fiber needle-punched blanket (Regular version) Temperature resistant to 500°C, high cost-performance ratio, universally applicable for insulation, soundproofing, regular flues, ovens, and pipe insulation, and resistant to acid and alkali. High-silica glass fiber needle-punched blanket (High-temperature version) Silica content above 96%, long-term temperature resistance of 9001000°C, short-term high-temperature resistance, suitable for metal smelting, high-temperature melting, high-temperature flues, and industrial heat treatment equipment. . Core Advantages High-temperature resistant and flame retardant, fire-safe The inorganic glass fiber material is non-combustible, does not produce open flames, and does not toxic smoke, making it suitable for high-temperature equipment linings and meeting industrial fire safety requirements. Thermal insulation and energy saving The three-dimensional pores of the needle-ched fibers trap air, resulting in a low thermal conductivity that blocks high-temperature transfer and reduces equipment heat dissipation loss. Excellent sound absorption and noise reduction The porous structure absorbs and high-frequency noise, making it effective for filling equipment machine rooms, fans, and flues to reduce equipment operating noise. Acid and alkali corrosion resistant Strong chemical stability, not by oil stains, acids, or alkali waste gases, making it durable and resistant to aging during long-term use in waste gas treatment and chemical flues. Glue-free, ecofriendly, and non-shedding The pure needle-punching process uses no chemical binders and is asbestos-free. It produces little dust, is flexible and soft, and can be easily, bent, and wrapped around irregularly shaped equipment. Multi-purpose with filtration capability The dense fiber layer can intercept high-temperature dust particles, serving as an industrial high-temperature removal filter material and a high-temperature resistant filter felt alternative to ordinary filter cloth.
