I. Product Introduction Inorganic fireproof boards, also known as inorganic fireproof partitions and fireproof sealing boards, made by high-pressure pressing of calcium silicate, magnesium oxide, and inorganic mineral fibers. They are divided into three major series: industrial sealing partitions, silicate fireproof wall boards, inorganic pre-coated decorative ice-fire boards. All products meet the A1 non-combustible standard, are asbestos-free, and zero-formaldehyde. They are universal fireproof fire sealing, fireproof partitions, and industrial decoration, having successfully passed fire inspection and acceptance. II. Distinction of Three Mainstream Categories Inorganic Fireproof Sealing PartitionsSpecial for Cable Trays and Shafts) High-density thin boards (5/8/10mm), with high hardness and easy cutting, used for fire sealing of cable, shafts, and pipe openings to block the spread of fire along cables. Silicate / Magnesia Fireproof Boards (Firewalls / Air Ducts) Thickened boards (1220mm), with a fire resistance limit of up to 4 hours, used for firewalls, smoke exhaust duct wrapping, smoke curtains, and steel structure fireproof linings; boards do not collapse under high temperatures. Inorganic Pre-coated Ice-Fire Clean Boards (Medical Decoration) Surface-filmed paint-free finish, antibacterial and moistureproof, A-grade fireproof, used for wall decoration in hospitals, schools, and shopping mall corridors, combining fireproofing with aesthetics. Core Product Advantages A1-combustible, Strong Fire Resistance Pure inorganic mineral raw materials, do not burn, do not drip, and do not release toxic thick smoke when exposed to fire; long- high-temperature resistance with a maximum fire resistance of 4 hours, meeting fire codes for high-rise buildings, machine rooms, and tunnels. Waterproof, Moisture-proof, and-proof Inorganic materials do not absorb water or revert to moisture; they do not deform or bulge after long-term use in basements, damp machine rooms, and humid hospital areas.Asbestos-free, Eco-friendly, and Zero-formaldehyde Contains no asbestos and no volatile organic glues; safe for use in home decoration, hospitals, and public places complying with environmental protection testing standards.
