‌Product Introduction‌
This indirect heating stainless steel rotary dryer is a high-pollution-prevention continuous drying equipment that adopts the indirect heat transfer heating mode and full stainless steel rotary drum structure. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue, and the indirect heating mode features no direct contact between materials and flue gas, no impurity pollution and mild heating process. It can stably adapt to the long-term continuous drying of easily oxidized, easily polluted and heat-sensitive high-moisture materials, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, fine chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, no component loss and high product qualification rate in modern high-purity material production lines.

‌Working Principle‌
The obliquely installed fully enclosed stainless steel multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The high-temperature flue gas or heat-conducting oil generated by the heat source flows through the jacket or built-in heat exchange tubes outside the material bin, and the heat is evenly transferred to the materials through the stainless steel heat transfer wall without any direct contact between the heat source and the materials. High-moisture materials to be dried are fed into the sealed stainless steel inner bin through a non-pollution feeding port, and the built-in anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates gently turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature heat transfer wall. Free moisture in the materials is slowly and evenly evaporated under the mild heating environment, and the dried high-purity finished products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the special anti-pollution discharging end, completing the continuous indirect heating drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not introduce any impurity pollution to the materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material oxidation, effective component decomposition and flue gas mixing pollution.

‌Core Features‌
This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of indirect heating stainless steel drying. The indirect heat transfer isolation design completely cuts off the contact between materials and flue gas, ensuring zero impurity pollution of high-purity materials, and the material loss rate is less than 0.1%. The mild uniform heating mode will not cause local overheating of heat-sensitive materials, and the active ingredient retention rate is as high as 99%. The full stainless steel drum and heat exchange structure have excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel indirect heating dryers. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 5 tons to 800 tons according to the actual material properties and high-purity production scale of users.
