Product Introduction
This small stainless steel rotary drum dryer is a compact, low-investment mini continuous drying equipment with full stainless steel structure. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. It features small footprint, easy movement and flexible operation, fully adapting to laboratory R&D, small-batch trial production and small-scale processing scenarios. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, uniform moisture and high flexibility in small-scale drying scenarios.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed mini stainless steel drum is driven by a high-efficiency variable-frequency motor to rotate at a uniform low speed. The adjustable heat source system outputs stable clean hot air, and small batches of high-moisture materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the portable anti-blocking feeding port. The built-in mini anti-sticking stainless steel lifting plates gently turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the precise constant temperature zone, and the dried finished products that meet the preset moisture standards are stably discharged from the small anti-caking discharging end, completing the small-batch continuous drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, large floor occupation and inflexible parameter adjustment.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of small stainless steel drying. The compact integrated design makes the floor area less than 3 square meters, and it can be quickly moved and put into use without complex installation. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, with a service life more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel small dryers. The temperature can be adjusted steplessly from 40℃ to 300℃, which can meet the drying requirements of various new materials for R&D and small-batch production. It can be customized with different hourly processing capacities from 5kg/h to 500kg/h according to users' actual material properties and small-scale usage scenarios.
