This high efficiency stainless steel rotary dryer is a high-throughput continuous drying equipment with full stainless steel structure and optimized high-efficiency heat transfer design. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of high-quality 304/316L stainless steel, with no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. It features ultra-high heat utilization, fast drying speed and large processing capacity, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, chemical, mining and large-scale production industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, uniform moisture and ultra-high production efficiency in modern high-yield industrial production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed multi-cylinder heat-concentrating stainless steel drum is driven by a high-torque heavy-duty transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The optimized high-speed turbulent hot air flow fully fills the inner cylinder, and high-moisture materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the high-efficiency anti-blocking feeding port. The built-in high-density enhanced heat transfer lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials at high frequency as the drum rotates, making the materials fully dispersed and in full contact with the hot air flow. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and quickly evaporated in an instant, and the dried finished products that meet the industry moisture standards are stably discharged from the high-efficiency anti-caking discharging end, completing the high-efficiency drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, low heat utilization and low unit output.
Core Features
This equipment has multiple exclusive high-efficiency advantages. The enhanced heat transfer structure and turbulent flow design make the thermal efficiency as high as 93%, and the unit processing capacity is 40% higher than that of ordinary stainless steel dryers. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, and the service life is more than 2 times that of ordinary carbon steel high-efficiency dryers. Equipped with a high-precision air-material ratio automatic adjustment system, the drying uniformity is excellent. It can be customized with different daily processing capacities from 15 tons to 1800 tons according to the actual material properties and high-yield production scale of users.
