This custom stainless steel rotary dryer is a non-standard customized continuous drying equipment tailored for users' unique production demands, with full stainless steel structure. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of user-specified 304/316L or higher-grade stainless steel, no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. It can be flexibly adapted to special scenarios such as special material properties, limited site space and exclusive process requirements, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, fine chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. It is the core drying equipment to ensure no material pollution, precise process matching and exclusive customization in personalized industrial production lines.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed custom-sized stainless steel drum is driven by a customized transmission system matching the load demand to rotate at a uniform low speed. The heat source, temperature control and heat exchange structures are all customized according to the user's material characteristics and process requirements. High-moisture materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the custom-designed feeding port that matches the material properties. The built-in custom-shaped lifting plates continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the heat source. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the custom-divided multi-stage temperature control zones, and the dried finished products that meet the exclusive moisture standards are stably discharged from the custom-designed discharging end, completing the whole customized drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by special materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, mismatched process parameters and non-compliant product quality.

This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of custom stainless steel drying. All parameters including drum size, heat source type, temperature range and material grade can be fully customized according to user demands, which perfectly matches special drying requirements that standard models cannot meet. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, with a service life more than 2 times that of ordinary non-customized carbon steel dryers. It can be equipped with exclusive configurations such as explosion-proof, anti-oxidation and high-precision constant temperature according to the special standards of the industry. It can realize exclusive customization of hourly processing capacity from 5kg/h to 2000 tons according to users' actual production scale and special demands.
