This OEM stainless steel rotary dryer is a non-standard OEM continuous drying equipment that fully follows the entrusted party's technical specifications and brand requirements, with full stainless steel structure. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of the designated 304/316L or higher-grade stainless steel, no heavy metal precipitation, no material residue. It strictly complies with the entrusted party's process standards, quality requirements and brand customization, fully meeting the strict standards of new energy, chemical, environmental protection and other industries. It is the core drying equipment that ensures no material pollution, consistent quality and meets the exclusive brand technical specifications in the OEM production system.
Working Principle
The obliquely installed stainless steel drum that strictly follows the OEM drawing standards is driven by a transmission system matching the entrusted party's load requirements to rotate at a uniform low speed. The heat source, temperature control and heat exchange structures are all manufactured and assembled in strict accordance with the entrusted party's technical parameters. High-moisture materials are fed into the inner cylinder through the feeding port that meets the OEM process requirements. The built-in lifting plates manufactured according to the designated process continuously turn and scatter the materials as the drum rotates, making the materials fully contact with the heat source. Free moisture in the materials is efficiently and evenly evaporated through the temperature control zones divided according to the OEM process, and the dried finished products that meet the entrusted party's moisture standards are stably discharged from the discharging end that meets the brand requirements, completing the whole OEM standard drying process. The all-stainless-steel material contact system will not be corroded or abraded by materials, completely avoiding hidden dangers such as material pollution, non-compliant process parameters and inconsistent product quality.

This equipment has multiple exclusive advantages of OEM stainless steel drying. All dimensions, material grades, process parameters and brand logos are fully produced in strict accordance with the entrusted party's requirements, and the product consistency completely meets the OEM quality standards. The full stainless steel drum has excellent anti-corrosion and anti-wear performance, with a service life more than 2 times that of ordinary non-OEM carbon steel dryers. It can provide full-process OEM services including drawing deepening, processing and manufacturing, quality inspection and delivery according to the entrusted party's technical indicators. It can realize OEM customization of different daily processing capacities from 10 tons to 2000 tons according to the entrusted party's actual production scale and technical specifications.
