Product Description
The Stainless Steel Rotary Dryer is a high-performance industrial drying equipment designed for continuous, large-scale processing of various granular, powdery, and paste materials. Its core structure is constructed entirely from high-grade 304/316L stainless steel, ensuring zero heavy metal contamination and no material residue. This dryer is engineered for high-efficiency, stable operation, and long service life, making it ideal for industries with stringent hygiene and corrosion-resistance requirements, such as new energy materials, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. It excels in achieving uniform moisture content and high throughput in modern automated production lines.
Working Principle
The dryer consists of a large, inclined, fully enclosed stainless steel drum that rotates at a slow, uniform speed driven by a heavy-duty transmission system. Wet material is fed continuously and evenly into one end of the drum via an automated feeding system. Inside the drum, specially designed stainless steel lifters continuously pick up and cascade the material through a stream of hot air (or other heating medium) flowing in a co-current or counter-current direction. This maximizes the material's surface area exposure to heat, allowing for rapid and uniform evaporation of moisture. The dried product, meeting the desired moisture specification, is then discharged from the opposite end, completing a continuous, automated drying process. The all-stainless-steel contact surfaces prevent corrosion and contamination, ensuring product purity.
