I. Product Introduction PTFE braided packing, also known as PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene braided packing Teflon sealing filler, is machine-braided from high-purity polytetrafluoroethylene fibers. It is available in multiple varieties: oil-free pure white, silicone oil-pregnated, graphite-split-fiber, and aramid-interwoven. Relying on the superior corrosion resistance of PTFE, it is compatible with highly corrosive media such strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents. It is a specialized dynamic sealing filler for the shaft ends of chemical pumps, agitator tanks, valves, and food/pharm equipment. It is asbestos-free and pollution-free, can be cut into packing rings, and is easy to install and replace. II. Distinction of Four Mainstream Varieties . Oil-free Pure White PTFE Packing (Specialized for Food and Pharmaceuticals) 100% pure PTFE fiber, no silicone oil or graphite additives, no exudation, and contamination of materials; resistant to various acids and alkalis, pure water, and food raw materials. Suitable for food machinery, pharmaceutical reaction tanks, pure water transport pumps, and beverage. 2. Oil-impregnated White PTFE Packing (General Chemical Industry Type) Impregnated with silicone oil after braiding, it comes with built-in lubrication, lower friction coefficient, and prevents shaft wear; compatible with weak acids and alkalis, sewage, and conventional chemical media. A cost-effective choice for centrifugal pumps, sewage pumps, ordinary valves. 3. Graphite-split-fiber Black PTFE Packing (High-Temperature Wear-Resistant Type) Braided from a mixture of PTFE fibers and graphite fibers it features good thermal conductivity, extremely strong self-lubrication, and high-temperature resistance; designed for high-pressure, high-temperature, and particulate-containing media conditions, as well as agitator tanks, high-temperature chemical pumps, and heavy-duty valve stems, offering a longer service life. 4. Aramid-interwoven /ramid-wrapped Black PTFE Packing (High-Pressure Heavy-Duty Type) Reinforced with aramid fibers at the edges, it is resistant to tension, wear, and extrusion Suitable for high-pressure pumps, media containing small amounts of particles, and high-speed agitator shafts. It is resistant to fraying and erosion, making it the preferred choice for-duty equipment. III.
