Product Description
The high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization equipment for medical waste is a specialized harmless treatment device designed specifically for medical institutions, disease control centers, and medical waste disposal centers. Utilizing high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam sterilization technology, it conducts comprehensive and penetrating sterilization of medical waste in a sealed and pressurized environment. This equipment can thoroughly eliminate all pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, spores, and fungi, meeting the standards for harmless and reduced medical waste. It serves as the core equipment for the safe disposal of medical waste, preventing cross-infection, and ensuring public health safety.
Main Purpose
1. Sterilization and harmless treatment of medical waste: Infectious and injurious medical waste undergoes thorough sterilization under high temperature and high pressure to eliminate infectivity and pathogenicity, meeting the national hygiene and safety standards for medical waste.
2. After sterilization, the volume of medical waste is significantly reduced through reduction and safe disposal, rendering it non-infectious. It can then be disposed of as general solid waste, alleviating the pressure on transportation, landfill, and incineration.
3. Blocking the spread of pathogens: Eliminate various pathogens such as COVID-19, influenza, hepatitis, and tuberculosis from the source, and prevent secondary infections caused by medical waste during collection, transportation, and disposal.
4. The entire process of environmental compliance treatment is conducted in a closed environment, ensuring no odor, no leachate, and no harmful gas emissions, meeting the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Medical Waste and environmental protection emissions standards.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam sterilization process, which automatically completes the entire process within a sealed sterilization chamber:
1. Medical waste is sent into the sterilization chamber in a sealed manner, and the equipment is closed and sealed, forming a completely enclosed space.
2. Introduce high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam to rapidly increase the temperature and pressure inside the chamber, allowing the steam to penetrate medical waste such as packaging materials, cotton swabs, gauze, syringes, gloves, and dressings with great force.
3. Maintain sufficient time under the set high temperature and high pressure conditions to solidify and denature pathogen proteins and inactivate enzyme systems, achieving 99.99% sterilization and inactivation, including the complete eradication of stubborn spores.
After sterilization, pressure relief, drying, and cooling, the medical waste loses its infectivity completely and meets the harmless standard. Then, it is discharged for crushing and volume reduction or subsequent compliant disposal.
5. With full-process negative pressure control, the exhaust gas is purified and discharged after meeting emission standards, ensuring no pollution leakage.
