Main Purpose

Working Principle
The equipment adopts high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam sterilization process, which automatically completes the entire process within a sealed sterilization chamber:
1. Medical waste is sent into the sterilization chamber in a sealed manner, and the equipment is closed and sealed, forming a completely enclosed space.
2. Introduce high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam to rapidly increase the temperature and pressure inside the chamber, allowing the steam to penetrate medical waste such as packaging materials, cotton swabs, gauze, syringes, gloves, and dressings with great force.
3. Maintain sufficient time under the set high temperature and high pressure conditions to solidify and denature pathogen proteins and inactivate enzyme systems, achieving 99.99% sterilization and inactivation, including the complete eradication of stubborn spores.
After sterilization, pressure relief, drying, and cooling, the medical waste loses its infectivity completely and meets the harmless standard. Then, it is discharged for crushing and volume reduction or subsequent compliant disposal.
5. With full-process negative pressure control, the exhaust gas is purified and discharged after meeting emission standards, ensuring no pollution leakage.
