Product Description
The specialized animal carcass crusher for harmless treatment is a dedicated pre-treatment crushing equipment developed for materials such as diseased and dead livestock and poultry, animal carcasses, and slaughter waste. Specifically designed for the harmless treatment process, it can quickly crush entire animal carcasses, internal organs, bones, skin, and flesh into uniform particles, effectively enhancing the efficiency of subsequent high-temperature processing, drying, fermentation, and other treatments. It ensures thorough sterilization and stable operation, making it a core supporting equipment for livestock farms, slaughterhouses, and harmless treatment centers.
Main Purpose
1. Animal carcass shredding and volume reduction: Efficiently shred the carcasses of dead pigs, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, geese, and other livestock and poultry, as well as whole animals, to significantly reduce their volume, facilitating closed transportation, storage, and subsequent processing.
2. The harmless pretreatment ensures that large materials are crushed into uniform small particles, avoiding issues such as material accumulation, uneven heating, incomplete sterilization, and machine jamming in downstream equipment, thereby enhancing the overall processing efficiency.
3. Epidemic prevention and environmental protection: The entire process of closed crushing is conducted in a sealed environment to prevent the spread of blood, odor, and pathogens, meeting the requirements of animal epidemic prevention, biosecurity, and environmental emissions.
4. Improving resource utilization efficiency: After crushing, the material is heated more evenly and dehydrated more thoroughly, facilitating subsequent processing into meat and bone meal, organic fertilizer raw materials, etc., thereby enhancing the efficiency of resource conversion.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a powerful shear and extrusion crushing structure, consisting of a motor, a reducer, a crushing blade shaft, a crushing chamber, a frame, etc. During operation, the motor drives the blade shaft to rotate at low speed with high torque. Through the shearing, tearing, extrusion, and biting actions of the blades, animal carcasses, flesh, bones, and internal organs are forcibly pulled into the crushing chamber and quickly crushed into uniform materials that meet the requirements for harmless treatment. The entire machine operates stably, without splashing, tangling, and uniform material discharge, allowing for seamless docking with downstream processing equipment.
