The aerobic biological fermentation integrated machine is a harmless treatment equipment utilizing intelligent aerobic biological fermentation technology, specifically designed for livestock farms, slaughterhouses, and food waste treatment. Main Purpose
This equipment primarily utilizes various biological enzymes produced by microbial degradation bacteria to rapidly decompose, aerobically ferment, and thoroughly sterilize organic materials such as diseased animal carcasses, diseased and disabled livestock and poultry, slaughter waste, and kitchen waste. While achieving harmless treatment, it converts organic waste into raw materials that can be used to produce organic fertilizer, achieving the dual purposes of environmental protection and resource recycling.
Working Principle
The equipment utilizes high-temperature aerobic bio-fermentation technology. Within a sealed fermentation chamber, specialized biodegradable bacteria rapidly proliferate and secrete various active enzymes, efficiently decomposing organic materials such as dead livestock and poultry carcasses, slaughter waste, and kitchen waste. Simultaneously, under intelligent temperature control, auxiliary heating, and forced oxygen supply conditions, the system maintains a fermentation environment, rapidly eliminating pathogens, viruses, insect eggs, and harmful microorganisms in the materials, thus achieving sterilization and composting. The fermented materials can be directly used as organic fertilizer raw materials, realizing "reduction, harmlessness, and resource utilization".
