Product Description
The high-temperature and high-pressure dryer (integrated rendering and drying machine) is a core harmless treatment equipment specifically designed for animal harmless treatment centers and large-scale breeding and slaughtering enterprises. It adopts an integrated process of high-temperature and high-pressure rendering sterilization + low-temperature vacuum drying, operating in a fully enclosed manner throughout the entire process. It can thoroughly sterilize, dry, and recycle materials such as diseased and dead livestock and poultry, slaughtering waste, and expired meat, fully meeting the requirements of animal epidemic prevention, environmental protection emissions, and resource recycling.
Main Purpose
This equipment is primarily designed for high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and low-temperature drying of animal-derived and organic wastes, including the carcasses of diseased and dead livestock and poultry, diseased and disabled livestock and poultry, slaughter waste, feathers, internal organs, animal fats, frozen products confiscated by customs, and kitchen waste. The processed materials can be crushed and processed. The refined animal oil can be used as industrial oil, and the bone meal can be used as raw material for pet feed and organic fertilizer, achieving the dual goals of harmless treatment and resource utilization.
Working Principle
The equipment adopts a high-temperature and high-pressure chemical preparation and drying process with indirect heating through a sandwich layer: after pre-crushing treatment, the material enters a closed tank. The heat source is hot steam provided by a steam boiler. The steam does not directly contact the material, but circulates and heats within the sandwich layer of the tank, conducting heat through the wall surface. Under a high-temperature and high-pressure environment of 121°C–150°C, pathogens are completely killed, completing the chemical preparation and sterilization. Subsequently, it enters the low-temperature drying stage, where the material is fully dried, achieving the integration of sterilization, drying, and degreasing, truly meeting the harmless standard.

The equipment is used with a steam boiler, with no additional energy consumption; it is equipped with an automatic drainage system that can fully recycle steam condensate back to the boiler, significantly improving boiler utilization and reducing energy consumption.

The shell is equipped with a steam heating interlayer, which effectively expands the drying area, enhances thermal efficiency, and ensures rapid, uniform, and thorough drying of materials.
5. Heavy-load startup is safe and reliable
Equipped with a dedicated clutch, in the event of unexpected downtime during equipment operation, it can be restarted directly with heavy load without draining the material, reducing operational hassles and enhancing continuous operation capability.

Integrating sterilization and drying, it features a short process and high efficiency, making it suitable for large-scale continuous processing in harmless treatment centers.
