Main Purpose
1. Working Principle
The equipment adopts an integrated process of high-temperature and high-pressure hydrolysis followed by vacuum drying, with the entire process being completed in a closed and automated manner:
1. Feeding: Put the feathers into the hydrolysis tank, seal it, and proceed to the hydrolysis stage.
2. High-temperature and high-pressure hydrolysis: Introduce high-pressure steam to hydrolyze and denature feather keratin under high temperature and high pressure conditions, decomposing it into easily digestible small molecular proteins, while simultaneously achieving sterilization, degreasing, and deodorization.
3. Pressure relief and dehydration: After hydrolysis is completed, slowly release the pressure to expel excess steam and moisture, and the material enters the drying phase.
4. Vacuum drying: Conduct vacuum drying in a sealed environment to rapidly reduce the moisture content, ensuring that the feather powder meets storage and sales standards.
5. Cooling and crushing: The dried material is cooled and crushed to produce finished feather powder with uniform fineness and stable quality.
