Integral open-die forging with compact defect-free structure
Repeated pressing during open-die forging eliminates internal defects such as looseness, pores and shrinkage cavities. The finished parts feature fine grains and continuous metal flow lines, delivering stable compression, impact and deformation resistance, with higher reliability compared with castings.
Carbon steel material with stable mechanical performance and easy machining
Common grades including 45# and Q355 carbon steel are adopted, with steady mechanical properties. The materials can undergo quenching & tempering, welding and finish machining to satisfy cabin sealing and load-bearing needs.
Custom non-standard large-size options without mold limitations
Open-die forging removes mold size restrictions, enabling production of cabins with large diameters, high heights, special-shaped cavities, flange structures and stepped structures. Both small-batch orders and extra-large workpieces are acceptable.
Stable sealing performance for high-pressure sealing scenarios
Integral forging eliminates welding seams, delivering steady air tightness and sealing capacity to lower leakage risks, suitable for hydraulic, sealing and pressure-bearing cabin equipment.
