1. Product Overview
Silicon Steel, also named Electrical Steel or Lamination Steel, is special soft magnetic alloy steel containing 1.0%~4.5% silicon element. It features high magnetic permeability, ultra-low core loss and high resistivity, which greatly reduces energy loss during electromagnetic conversion. It is the core raw material for transformer, motor, generator and new energy electronic control equipment, known as the "heart material" of power facilities.We supply two main categories: Cold Rolled Non-Oriented Silicon Steel (CRNGO) and Cold Rolled Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel (CRGO / Hi-B High Permeability GOES), together with ultra-thin high-frequency silicon steel strips. Our products comply with GB, IEC, ASTM, JIS international standards. We have stock coils, slitted strips and cut-to-size sheets available for shipment from Tianjin Port within 5-7 working days, with official English Mill Test Certificate (MTC) provided per batch.

3. Classification & Material Grades
3.1 Cold Rolled Non-Oriented Silicon Steel (CRNGO for Motors, Magnetic Isotropy)
Silicon content: 0.5%~3.0%, grains distributed randomly with uniform magnetic performance in all directions, perfect for rotating magnetic field equipment and easy stamping
Low grade for household micro motors: 50W800, 50W600, 50W470
Medium grade for industrial fans & compressors: 50W350, 50W310, 50W270
High grade for new energy drive motors & wind power generators: 50W180, 35W230, 35W200
Ultra-thin high-frequency NO steel: 0.20/0.25/0.30mm for variable frequency & high-frequency motors
3.2 Cold Rolled Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel (CRGO for Transformers, Superior Magnetic Performance Along Rolling Direction)
Silicon content ≥3.0%, grains aligned along rolling direction with ultra-low core loss, suitable for static alternating magnetic field transformers
Conventional CGO: 30Q130, 27Q120, 23Q110
Hi-B High Permeability GO (Energy-saving transformer priority): 30QH120, 27QH110, 23QH095
Laser Domain Refined Hi-B: Further lower core loss for EHV & large-capacity power transformers
Ultra-thin GO strips (0.15/0.18/0.20mm): Pulse transformers, welding machines, high-frequency inductors
3.3 Hot Rolled Silicon Steel (Economical Type)
0.5mm thickness, low silicon 1.0%-2.5% for small motors & low-power transformers, limited stock available.
