1. Product Overview
Channel steel, also known as U-channel / C-channel, features a U-shaped concave cross-section hot-rolled from steel billets. It is classified into three main types: hot rolled standard channel steel, hot rolled light channel steel and cold formed thin-wall channel steel, which are core load-bearing structural steel for construction projects. Integrated by vertical web and two side flanges, it owns strong vertical bending rigidity, and can be freely welded, drilled, cut and bent. It is commonly matched with I-beam and angle steel to build factory frames, equipment supports, bases and truck girders.

Medium & small sizes 5#-20#: Bundled with high-tensile steel strips, 3-8 tons per bundle, wrapped with waterproof anti-rust film;
Large size 25#-40#: Bulk loaded in 40HC high cube container, wooden spacers laid at bottom to avoid scratch & collision on edges during transit;
Separate waterproof wrapping for galvanized channel, custom shipping mark printing supported.
