1. Product Overview
Channel Steel (U-channel / C-channel) is U-shaped hot rolled section steel composed of vertical web and parallel upper & lower flanges with standard inner arc transition, divided into two series: hot rolled black channel steel and hot-dip galvanized channel steel. Its single-side open cavity enables easy splicing, bolt fixing and internal pipeline laying, featuring excellent bending and shear resistance. It is often matched with angle steel and H-beam to form integrated steel structure system, available for cutting, punching, welding and bending. Widely applied in factory supports, curtain wall keels, vehicle chassis, bridge secondary beams, storage racks and power transmission towers.

Finished channel steel → Shot blasting rust removal → High-temperature hot-dip galvanizing → Water cooling & passivation → Zinc coating thickness & full appearance inspection
