How It Works (Working Principle)
The operational brilliance of the double roller crusher lies in its beautifully simple yet highly effective mechanical design.
The Squeeze Action: The machine utilizes two high-strength, wear-resistant rollers that rotate toward each other at optimized speeds.
Material Feed: Raw material is fed from the top opening into the V-shaped crushing chamber formed between the two rollers.
Crushing Force: As the rollers rotate inward, the material is drawn into the gap by friction. It is then subjected to intense compression and shearing forces, breaking it down efficiently.
Discharge: Once the material is crushed to a size smaller than the gap (clearance) between the two rollers, it falls through the bottom of the machine via gravity.
