Working Principle
The machine utilizes an aggressive, low-speed, high-torque counter-rotational mechanism to squeeze, shear, and fracture industrial waste:
Continuous Material Inflow: Raw industrial waste is fed via a hopper into the crushing chamber directly above the twin counter-rotating rollers.
Aggressive Grabbing & Shearing: For tough industrial waste, specialized toothed or textured rollers bite into the material, forcefully drawing it down into the crushing zone through high-friction mechanical grabbing.
High-Pressure Destruction: As the waste passes through the narrow gap between the two rollers, it is subjected to immense hydraulic-backed compression and tearing forces. Brittle materials (like slag and glass) shatter instantly, while tough materials (like plastics and composites) are sheared into smaller pieces.
Intelligent Tramp Release: If a non-crushable item (such as a solid steel block or thick machinery component) enters the chamber, the automated hydraulic or heavy-spring safety system immediately triggers. The movable roller retracts to discharge the object safely, then instantly resets to its original position to continue operations without human intervention.
