Product Introduction
DTL-2 series copper aluminum bimetallic cable lugs are specially designed for the connection between aluminum cables and copper electrical equipment. Adopting advanced explosion welding technology to combine red copper and high-purity aluminum tightly, which fundamentally solves the problem of galvanic corrosion when aluminum wires are directly connected to copper terminals, effectively avoiding overheating, oxidation and burning failure of circuits. It is an essential connector for power transmission, new energy photovoltaic, power grid renovation and industrial distribution projects.

Advanced Explosion Welding TechnologyThe copper terminal and aluminum barrel are welded into one piece by high-energy explosion welding, with tight molecular combination, no gap separation, ultra-low contact resistance, stable current transmission, no heating under long-time high-current operation.
Anti-corrosion Copper-Aluminum Transition DesignDirectly connect aluminum cable with copper switch, transformer, busbar and other equipment, avoid electrochemical reaction between copper and aluminum, greatly extend the service life of wiring system.
Premium Raw MaterialThe cable barrel is made of high-purity industrial aluminum with good ductility for firm crimping; the mounting ring adopts thick electrolytic red copper, which has strong current-carrying capacity and excellent oxidation resistance.
