1. Product Overview
This wheeled 36-channel three-phase stage power distribution cabinet is tailor-made for large-scale concerts, music festivals, touring live performances, theater dramas, outdoor large-scale events and event leasing companies. The cabinet adopts high-strength wheeled aluminum aviation flight case, with strong shock resistance and wear resistance for repeated touring transportation.The power distribution system adopts two-level safety protection: 4-pole MCCB molded case main circuit breaker + 36 groups of independent single-pole MCB miniature branch circuit breakers, equipped with three-phase digital voltmeter, ammeter and phase sequence loss fault indicator light to monitor power load in real time.The input adopts 400A five-color coded Camlock high-current terminal to realize stable high-power access; two mainstream output configurations are optional: full 36-way 16A industrial socket scheme, or 12-way industrial socket + 4-way 19Pin professional stage socket scheme, matched with independent 3P MCB + 32A 5P three-phase industrial socket reserved high-current output. It can supply power for dozens of stage lighting, audio, LED display and peripheral equipment at the same time, which is the preferred high-power mobile power distribution equipment for large professional stage engineering projects.
2. Core Product Features
(1) Wheeled Heavy-duty Aluminum Flight Case Structure
The cabinet body is made of thickened aluminum alloy aviation material, equipped with wear-resistant movable casters and anti-collision lockable buckles. It can resist extrusion, vibration and impact during long-distance cross-city transportation of touring performances. The front lockable safety door can avoid accidental electric shock, and the cabinet can be recycled for many times in the event leasing industry.
(2) Two-stage Complete Overload & Short-circuit Safety Protection
The main circuit adopts 4-pole molded case circuit breaker for total overload, short-circuit and leakage overall protection; each of the 36 output loops is equipped with an independent 1P miniature circuit breaker. When a single circuit is overloaded or short-circuited, only the corresponding branch trips, which will not cause the whole distribution box to power off, effectively avoiding the risk of performance interruption caused by power failure.
(3) Intelligent Three-phase Power Real-time Monitoring System
Dual high-precision digital meters are configured to separately display three-phase voltage and current data, matched with three-color phase sequence indicator lights. Once phase loss, wrong phase or unbalanced three-phase load occurs, the indicator light will alarm in time, which can quickly locate power supply faults and prevent expensive stage equipment from being burned due to abnormal power supply.
(4) 400A High-current Color-coded Camlock Input Terminal
Five-pole color coded Camlock (L1/L2/L3/N/PE) high-current quick connection terminal is adopted, which has large load capacity, safe and reliable wiring, and can stably bear the total power consumption of large line array audio, moving head stage lights, LED large screen and other high-power equipment.

Configuration 1: 36pcs 16A 3P 220V industrial waterproof sockets + 1 set 3P MCB + 32A 5P 380V three-phase industrial socket output
Configuration 2: 12pcs 16A 3P industrial sockets + 4pcs 19Pin professional stage multicore sockets + reserved 32A 5P three-phase high-current output socketSupport OEM customization of loop quantity, socket type, rated current and cabinet size to meet personalized engineering project requirements.
(6) Standard Safe Internal Wiring Process
All internal connecting wires adopt high-temperature resistant thickened copper cables, each circuit is printed with clear serial number marks, the wiring is neat and standardized, which is convenient for electricians to quickly complete on-site wiring, daily circuit inspection and rapid fault maintenance.
