1. Product Overview
This wheeled 24-channel three-phase stage power distribution box is specially designed for large concerts, music festivals, touring performances, theatrical performances, live events and large-scale outdoor exhibitions. It adopts durable wheeled aluminum flight case as enclosure, equipped with 4-pole main MCCB, 24 groups of independent single-pole MCB branch protection, three-phase digital voltmeter & ammeter, phase sequence fault indicator light. The input side adopts 400A color-coded Camlock high-current terminals to bear high-power load access; the output side is reserved with abundant industrial sockets and professional 19Pin stage sockets, which can supply power for dozens of stage lighting, audio, LED screen and peripheral equipment at the same time. Independent loop protection ensures the continuity of power supply for performances, which is the essential high-power power distribution equipment for professional stage engineering and event rental companies.
2. Core Product Features
(1) Wheeled Heavy-duty Flight Case Housing
The cabinet is made of high-strength aluminum aviation box with wear-resistant casters and side lock buckles, which is resistant to collision, extrusion and vibration during long-distance transportation of touring performances. The front safety lock door can prevent accidental electric shock, and the overall structure is sturdy and durable for repeated rental use.
(2) Multi-level Complete Electrical Safety Protection
Adopt two-stage protection design: 4P molded case circuit breaker as main switch for total overload and short-circuit protection; each of the 24 output loops is equipped with independent 1P miniature circuit breaker. When a single loop is overloaded or short-circuited, only the corresponding branch trips without cutting off the power supply of other loops, avoiding performance interruption caused by full-box power failure.
(3) Intelligent Three-phase Electrical Monitoring System
Equipped with independent three-phase digital voltmeter and ammeter, real-time display of three-phase voltage, current and load balance data, with phase loss and phase sequence fault indicator lights, which can quickly find abnormal power supply, effectively prevent equipment burnout caused by unbalanced three-phase load.
(4) 400A High-current Camlock Input Terminal
Color-coded Camlock input terminals (L1/L2/L3/N/PE) realize fast and safe high-current wiring, with strong load capacity, which can stably bear the total power demand of large-scale stage lighting, line array audio and LED display equipment.
(5) Diversified Custom Output Socket Scheme
Two mainstream configurations optional:Configuration 1: 24pcs 16A 3P 220V industrial sockets + 5 groups 400A Camlock input + 1pcs 32A 5P 380V industrial socketConfiguration 2: 12pcs 16A 3P sockets + 3pcs 19Pin professional stage sockets + 400A Camlock main inputSupport custom socket type, current, number of loops to meet personalized engineering project needs.
(6) Standard & Safe Wiring Process
All internal cables adopt high-temperature resistant thickened copper wires, each circuit is printed with clear serial number, wiring is neat and standardized, convenient for electricians to quickly arrange lines, check faults and daily maintenance on site.
