1. Product Overview
This wheeled 60-channel three-phase stage power distribution cabinet is customized for large concerts, national touring performances, music festivals, theatre dramas, large outdoor events and top-tier stage rental engineering projects. Adopting wear-resistant wheeled aluminum aviation flight case, it features excellent shock and compression resistance to adapt to frequent cross-city long-distance transportation and repeated cyclic rental use.
The power distribution system adopts two-level safety protection: 4-pole MCCB molded case main circuit breaker + 60 groups of independent single-pole MCB miniature branch circuit breakers, equipped with one set of 3P MCB matched 32A 5P 380V high-current three-phase reserved output socket. The built-in three-phase digital voltmeter, ammeter and phase sequence loss fault indicator light realize real-time whole-network power load monitoring.
The input side adopts 400A five-color coded Camlock high-current quick connector to bear the total power load of the entire stage equipment. Two mainstream output schemes are available: full 60-way 16A industrial socket configuration, and 12-way industrial socket + 8-way 19Pin professional stage multicore socket configuration, which can provide centralized safe power supply for nearly 60 sets of stage lighting, audio, LED display and peripheral equipment, being the top choice of high-power centralized power distribution equipment for large professional stage engineering.
2. Core Product Features
(1) Wheeled Wear-resistant Aluminum Aviation Flight Case Structure
The cabinet is made of thickened high-strength aluminum alloy, equipped with silent wear-resistant casters and anti-collision lock buckles, with outstanding shockproof, compression and drop resistance. The front lockable safety door effectively prevents accidental electric shock; the cabinet can be recycled many times in the leasing industry to reduce long-term operating costs.
(2) Two-stage Overload & Short-circuit Full Safety Protection
The main 4-pole molded case circuit breaker undertakes overall overload, short-circuit and leakage protection for the whole cabinet; each of the 60 output loops is equipped with an independent 1P miniature circuit breaker. When single circuit overload or short circuit occurs, only the corresponding branch trips without cutting off the whole-box power supply, ensuring continuous and stable power supply for large performances. The independent 3P MCB + 32A 5P three-phase socket reserves a single high-power power supply channel for large professional stage equipment.
(3) Intelligent Three-phase Power Real-time Monitoring System
Two high-precision digital meters display three-phase voltage and current operating data respectively, matched with three-color phase sequence indicator lights. Once phase loss, wrong phase or unbalanced three-phase load occurs, the indicator light will give an immediate abnormal alarm, helping electricians quickly locate power faults and avoid equipment burnout accidents caused by unstable power supply.
(4) 400A Color-coded Camlock High-current Safe Input Terminal
Five-pole color-distinguished Camlock (L1/L2/L3/N/PE) high-current quick wiring terminal has strong load capacity, firm wiring and excellent electrical conductivity, which can stably bear the total power consumption of large line array audio, moving head stage lights, LED large screens and other high-power stage equipment.

(6) Standard High-temperature Resistant Internal Wiring Process
All internal connecting wires adopt thickened high-temperature resistant copper cables, each circuit is marked with clear serial numbers, and the wiring is neat and standardized, which is convenient for electricians to complete on-site wiring, daily circuit inspection and rapid fault maintenance.
