The JM-F series vertical/stand-alone colloid mills are designed to process fluid or semi-fluid materials through the high-speed relative movement between the fixed teeth and the moving teeth. This causes the materials to be subjected to strong shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, effectively enabling them to be crushed, emulsified, homogenized, and mixed, thereby obtaining satisfactory finely processed products.
The vertical/stand-alone colloid mill products feature a compact design, an attractive appearance, good sealing, stable performance, easy operation, simple installation, and high production efficiency. They are ideal processing equipment for handling fine materials. Apart from the motor and some components, all parts in contact with the materials are made of high-quality stainless steel. Especially the moving and static grinding discs are strengthened, ensuring good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. As a result, the processed materials are free from pollution and are hygienic and clean. Their main structure consists of the grinding disc components, the base transmission part, and the dedicated motor.
Design and structural features:
The vertical/standalone colloid mill is a high-precision machine with fast operation speed, with a linear speed of up to 20m/s. The gap between the grinding plates is extremely small. Compared to pressure homogenizers, the colloid mill is first and foremost a centrifugal device. Its advantages include a simple structure, convenient equipment maintenance and operation, and it is suitable for high-viscosity materials and materials with larger particles. It has a large processing capacity, is suitable for industrial online continuous production, can achieve automatic control, saves time, is efficient, energy-saving, has low noise, balanced operation, and eliminates quality differences in batch production. There are no dead corners, and the material passes through grinding, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing completely.
