The stainless steel double-layered pot, also known as the vertical steam cooker, vertical cooking pot, or vertical double-layered steam cooker, is usually composed of a pot body and legs. The pot body is a double-layer structure consisting of an inner and outer hemispherical pot body, straight edges, and a support. The middle layer is where steam is introduced for heating. The vertical double-layered pot has a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time for liquid materials, easy control of heating temperature, an attractive appearance, easy installation, convenient operation, and is safe and reliable. The vertical double-layered pot is widely used in the processing of various foods. It can also be used in large restaurants or canteens for boiling soup, cooking, and making porridge. It is a good equipment for improving the quality of food processing, shortening processing time, and improving working conditions.
◆ Classification of double-shell cookers:
◎ According to structural form, they are divided into: tilting double-shell cookers and vertical (fixed) double-shell cookers.
◎ According to heating method, they are classified as: electrically heated double-shell cookers and steam-heated double-shell cookers.
◎ Depending on the process requirements, they all adopt either a stirring device or no stirring device.
◆ Double-layer pot structure:
The stainless steel double-layer pot mainly consists of the pot body and the support legs. The pot body is a double-layer structure composed of an inner spherical and an outer spherical pot body, and the middle layer is filled with steam for heating.
◎ The inner pot body is made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L), the outer pot body is made of carbon steel (Q235-B), and it is coated with anti-rust paint.
◎ Both the inner and outer pot bodies are made of full stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L).
◆ Application of the interlayer pot:
◎ Widely used in the processing of candies, pharmaceuticals, dairy products, beverages, pastries, preserved fruits, beverages, canned foods, and braised meats, etc.
◎ It can be used in large restaurants or canteens for making soups, cooking dishes, stewing meat, and cooking porridge, etc. It is an excellent equipment for improving the quality of food processing, shortening processing time, and improving working conditions.
◆ Characteristics of the double-layer pot:
High heating efficiency. The double-layer pot uses steam at a certain pressure as the heat source (electric heating can also be selected). The double-layer pot has the features of a large heating area, high heat efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid materials, and easy control of heating temperature.
Safe and convenient. The inner pot (inner pot) of the double-layer pot is made of acid-resistant and heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel. It is equipped with a pressure gauge and a safety valve. The appearance is beautiful, installation is easy, operation is convenient, and it is safe and reliable.
