The single-stage emulsifying pump, due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong mechanical effect brought by high-frequency mechanical action, causes the material to be subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal compression, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the fixed and rotating rotors. The homogeneous emulsifying pump / pipeline type high shear dispersion emulsifier has three sets of fixed and rotating rotors in its working chamber. The transmission shaft in the working chamber is of the cantilever type, and the elastic coupling connects the motor with the main shaft inside the bearing box to improve the running quality of the transmission shaft. The sealing form is selected according to different working conditions. It is suitable for medium and large-scale online continuous production or cyclic processing production processes.

* The flow range in the table refers to the data measured when the medium is "water". The outlet pressure of the listed models is ≤ 0.2 Mpa.
* If a circulating process is adopted, it is recommended to use it in conjunction with intermittent high shear dispersion emulsifiers.
* If there are conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive, corrosive, etc., please clearly provide the relevant accurate parameters to ensure correct selection and customization.
* For less fluid media, it is recommended to use a pump with matching flow rate at the inlet for transportation, and the pressure at the pump inlet ≤ 0.2 Mpa.
