The high shear emulsification tank is the most advanced mixing equipment currently used in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. When the high-speed emulsification head operates, the materials at the center of the rotor are thrown at high speed towards the stator. Through the tooth gap of the stator, the materials are sheared, collided and crushed between the rotor and the stator to achieve the purpose of emulsification. It is a device that integrates functions such as mixing, emulsification, homogenization, dissolution and pulverization. 

The high shear emulsification tank is designed for batch production. It adopts a claw-type interlocking and bidirectional feeding structure, which avoids the dead corners and vortex phenomena caused by the difficulty of the upper part of the material being sucked in. The strong shear force enables an increase in production efficiency and the quality of dispersion and emulsification. This equipment efficiently, rapidly and uniformly distributes one or more phases into another continuous phase. Usually, the various phases are insoluble to each other. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong mechanical effect brought by high frequency, the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase are dispersed and emulsified uniformly and finely in an instant under the joint action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate additives. Through the frequent repetition of high frequency, a stable and high-quality product is ultimately obtained.

Working principle:

When the centrifugal high-speed emulsifying head of the high shear emulsifying tank is in operation, it can generate a huge rotational suction force, which rotates and sucks the materials directly above the rotor downward, and then throws them at the stator at high speed. After undergoing high-speed shearing, collision, and pulverization between the rotating and stationary rotors, the materials gather at the outlet and are ejected. Meanwhile, the pipeline-type high shear emulsifying machine is equipped with 1-3 sets of paired and interlocking multi-layer stationary and rotating rotors in the narrow space of the cavity. The rotors rotate at high speed under the drive of the motor, generating strong axial suction force to suck the materials into the cavity for repeated processing of fine materials. In the shortest time, it can carry out dispersion, shearing, and emulsification treatment of the materials, thereby producing fine and long-term stable products.
