The heating methods include jacketed electric heating and coil heating. Purpose:

The stainless steel mixing tank is suitable for stirring, mixing, blending, homogenization, etc. of materials. The structure and configuration can be designed in a standardized and user-friendly manner according to the requirements of the production process. During the mixing process, the tank can achieve control of material input, output, mixing, and other manual and automatic controls, and is used for stirring and homogenizing various dairy products, sugar, beverages, food, and other elements and various drugs before they are combined for storage. It is an indispensable equipment for manufacturers of dairy products, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. 

Classification:

1. According to structural form: top-opening bottom-sloping base, top-opening bottom-conical head, top-bottom conical heads, top-bottom elliptical heads.

2. According to heating method: steam heating, electric heating.

3. According to volume size: specifications such as 100 - 10000L. It can also be designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of customers. 

Structure:

The stainless steel mixing tank is composed of the tank body, the tank cover, the agitator, the support, the transmission device, the shaft seal device, etc. It can also be equipped with heating devices or cooling devices according to the process requirements. The tank body and the tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. The tank body and the tank cover can be provided with process pipe holes such as feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam distillation, and safety venting according to the process requirements. The upper part of the tank cover is equipped with the transmission device (motor or reducer), which drives the agitator in the tank body through the transmission shaft. The shaft seal device can adopt various forms such as mechanical seal, packing, labyrinth seal, etc. (determined according to user requirements). Due to different process requirements of users, the agitator can be configured in various forms such as paddle type, anchor type, frame type, and spiral type. 

Material:

(a) Inner liner made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L), interlayer made of carbon steel (Q235-B/SUS304), externally coated with anti-rust paint; 

(b) Both inner and outer cylinders made of fully stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L). 

Characteristics:

1. The container insulation material is made of high-temperature-resistant and anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.

2. The interface adopts the internationally standard ISO quick-fit clamp type. The inner liner is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304, and the inner surface is mirror-polished with Ra ≤ 0.4m. The outer surface is polished with matte finish, mirror finish, sandblasted finish or cold-rolled original matte finish.

3. The sealing of the stirrer adopts imported hygienic mechanical stirrer seal or magnetic full-seal stirring device. The stirring speed can be selected at will.

4. The pipe opening is equipped with liquid level gauge port (static pressure type, capacitance type, contactless type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), air breathing port, thermometer (digital display type or dial type), CIP cleaning port, sight glass, explosion-proof sight lamp (sight glass and lamp integrated), SIP sterilization port, inlet and outlet liquid port and sanitary manhole, etc.

Technical Requirements:

They are widely used in industries such as dairy, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and beverages, serving as stainless steel tanks for heating, cooling, insulation, sterilization treatment, or storage of liquid. They are particularly suitable for pasteurization and temperature maintenance of milk, and are essential equipment in ice cream production lines.

Structure:

Structure: It consists of an inner tank, a jacket, an insulation layer, an outer covering, a reducer, a stirring paddle, a thermometer, etc.

Inner tank: Made of 304 stainless steel plate, with a polished surface.

Middle jacket: Made of A3 steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate, with a spiral device for the reinforcing ring. Cold water flows from bottom to top (without pressure), achieving the best heating and cooling effect.

Insulation group: The insulation layer uses polyurethane or glass wool to maintain the temperature with the outside, achieving the insulation effect.

Reducer: A cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer, fixed on the bracket in the crossbeam. The output shaft of the reducer is connected to the stirring paddle, using a live coupling connection, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

Thermometer: Specification 00C~1000C, installed on the crossbeam, extending to the lowest medium position, so that the liquid material can indicate the temperature even when it reaches the lowest position, achieving sterilization and aging purposes.
