The main purpose of using an electric heating respirator is:
To prevent the condensation of water droplets from the gas passing through the filter element in the respirator from forming and affecting the permeability of the filter; to keep the filter element dry and inhibit the growth of microorganisms.
Currently, the domestic electric heating products are mainly dominated by foreign brands, with high prices. Our company has independently developed and designed a series of intelligent temperature-controlled electric heating filter products. These products are lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, easy to install, have stable performance, are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and are safe and reliable. The heating body of the intelligent temperature-controlled electric heating filter adopts imported carbon fiber heating film, which heats up quickly and has a long service life. It is equipped with multiple protection functions such as over-temperature protection, ensuring safety and reliability. The insulation material uses imported silicone foam material, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The filter housing and outer cover are made of stainless steel 316L material, and the surface is polished to a mirror finish, making them both beautiful and practical. The product specifications are complete, and they can be customized according to user requirements. They can be upgraded directly on the basis of the existing filter without the need for repeated investment.
The electric heating temperature-controlled respirator is designed in accordance with GMP requirements and consists of a flexible heating insulation sleeve and a temperature control box. It is mainly used to provide heating and insulation functions for the filter housing, preventing the accumulation of condensate and the growth of microorganisms. It is widely applicable to injection water systems, filtration and purification processes, as well as filters and respirators for tanks and containers in industries such as biologics, pharmaceuticals, and fermentation.

2. The automatic heating and insulation sterilization respirator adopts the most advanced electric heating technology in the international market. The heating plate has passed CE certification and is combined with foaming insulation materials. It achieves significant energy savings and consumption reduction, meeting the requirements of national energy conservation and emission reduction.
3. The LED digital temperature control system allows the temperature to be adjusted from 0 to 150℃ at will. It is equipped with an over-temperature alarm function, ensuring safe and reliable use.
4. The surface of the respirator can be safely touched.
5. Multiple safety protection measures are in place, suitable for different environments.
6. A separate stainless steel control box can be positioned as needed, not limited by the specific location of the respirator or container.
7. The respirator adopts a double-layer structure. The outer layer uses high-quality 304 stainless steel with mirror polishing, and the inner layer in contact with the air is made of mirror-polished 316L stainless steel. It fully complies with the requirements of GMP for equipment in clean workshops.
8. The automatic heating and insulation sterilization respirator overcomes the drawbacks of similar products during operation, such as noise, safety hazards, and rough surface that does not meet GMP standards. It is the most advanced heating, insulation, and anti-condensation equipment for respirators in China and internationally.
◆Application Scope:
1. Sterile filters for the exhaust ports of water for injection storage tanks and mixing tanks - to prevent the formation of condensate water inside the filters;
2. Exhaust filters for freeze-drying machines - to remove residual condensate water after steam sterilization or water content from raw materials and finished drug solutions after integrity tests and for drying treatment of heat-insulating and heating filter elements;
3. To reduce the viscosity of high-viscosity materials - making them easier to filter.

2. The desktop electric heating jacket is more reasonably designed and easier to place. It is suitable for situations requiring long-term heating and where the heating contacts have frequent operations.
