Product Overview of Laboratory Rapid Calibration Device for Pressure Instruments
The IQS900-X Laboratory Rapid Calibration Device for Pressure Instruments is an electronically controlled thought-driven pressure calibration instrument. It enables pressure rise, pressure drop, pressure hold and other operating modes to be controlled following the operational thinking of pressure calibration engineers, and has been granted a national invention patent.
To streamline cumbersome pressure calibration procedures, cut calibration time and improve work efficiency, this product abandons traditional manual pressure generation and fully automatic pressure generation methods. Featuring an innovative design based on human thought control, it delivers easy operation and one-key pressure regulation for pressure rise, drop and hold, serving as a new type of automatic high-speed pressure generation device.
It functions as a pressure generation unit for the calibration and value transfer of various pressure instruments, including analogue pressure gauges, digital pressure gauges, electric contact pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, pressure controllers, pressure switches, tyre pressure gauges, oil-free pressure gauges, GMP-compliant differential pressure instruments for the pharmaceutical industry, vacuum gauges for hospital negative pressure aspirators, acetylene pressure reducers, as well as furnace negative pressure instruments used in power plants.

Pressure Medium
This pressure generator adopts water or air as the pressure medium. Its innovative design allows direct use of tap water or purified water, featuring wide accessibility, convenient sourcing and clean properties. The medium can be directly drained without risks of contamination or blockage. It is particularly suitable for secondary calibration of pressure instruments deployed in harsh working environments in petroleum, chemical, construction and other industries. The medium is discharged completely after each use rather than being recycled, ensuring the calibration bench always remains clean.
