I. IQS516 Multifunctional Process Calibrator
Product Introduction
The IQS516 multifunctional process calibrator is a thermal instrument calibration device that supports the measurement and output of multiple parameters including current, voltage, resistance, frequency, thermocouples and RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors). Featuring high accuracy, compact size and light weight, it can be easily operated with one hand. Only one unit is required to complete the calibration, maintenance and servicing of field secondary instruments, which greatly improves the efficiency of on-site instrument calibration work.

● Supports measurement and output of current, voltage, frequency and resistance;
● Equipped with two mutually isolated channels for simultaneous measurement and output;
● Capable of simulating measurement and output of RTDs and thermocouples; cold junction temperature compensation is available for thermocouple measurement and output;
● Customizable thermocouple types can be developed upon request;
● Provides functions of manual stepping, automatic stepping, 0～100% step output and ramp output;
● Built-in 24 V DC loop power supply to facilitate power supply for on-site equipment commissioning;
● Reliable protective performance with IP67 waterproof rating; automatic protection is triggered if any signal terminal is mistakenly connected to 220 V;
● Dual-channel measurement displayed on upper and lower screens for current, voltage, resistance and millivolt signals.

II. IQS518 Multifunctional Process Calibrator
Product Introduction
The IQS518 multifunctional process calibrator is a high-precision instrument for measuring and outputting process signals. It has two mutually isolated channels, which can simultaneously measure and output various industrial process signals such as voltage, current, resistance, thermocouple, RTD, frequency, pulse and switch signals. Equipped with built-in HART communication function, it can fully replace a HART communicator.
The IQS518 can substitute multiple measuring and calibrating instruments including current/voltage signal generators, resistance boxes, electronic potentiometers, frequency meters and HART communicators. It is mainly applied to on-site industrial signal calibration and fault diagnosis, as well as signal measurement and calibration in the chemical industry, military sector, various research institutes and laboratories.
