Product Overview
The IQS960-X Manual Piston Pressure Gauge series consists of manual vacuum piston pressure gauges, manual pneumatic piston pressure gauges and manual hydraulic piston pressure gauges. It is mainly used for calibrating precision pressure gauges, pressure transfer standards, verification pressure gauges, pressure transmitters of accuracy classes 0.16, 0.25 and 0.4.
Product Features
Adopts high-purity nitrogen as working medium to eliminate viscosity interference of lubricating oil, greatly improving sensitivity and accuracy with a sensitivity up to 10 mg. It features simpler and safer operation and complies with the national metrology verification regulation JJG 1086-2013 Gas Piston Pressure Gauges.
Supports conversion among multiple pressure units: MPa, kPa, psi, bar.
Adopts an innovative measuring structure. No need to flip the piston head back and forth for positive and negative pressure measurement; users only need to replace the pressure-vacuum cover for faster and more convenient operation.
Equipped with multi-stage filtration devices to prevent fine dust from entering the piston and impairing measurement accuracy.
Built-in safety valve. If excessive air intake is caused by misoperation, the safety valve will automatically exhaust gas to protect the piston system from damage.
Fitted with a vacuum-positive pressure switching valve, allowing simultaneous connection of a vacuum pump and nitrogen cylinder. No repeated disassembly of connecting pipes for user-friendly operation.
The fine pressure adjustment unit adopts the latest structure with reliable sealing. The lead screw will not extend outward during pressure regulation to save space.
Complies with national metrology verification regulations JJG 59-2022 Piston Pressure Gauges and JJG 99-2006 Weights.
Wear-resistant and anti-breakage rod design: wear-free anti-break piston head with rolling contact at limit positions to eliminate abrasion on the piston disk.
The oil reservoir holds 400 mL oil and is equipped with an oil contamination filter. The pipeline connected to the gauge fitting directly leads into the oil reservoir and passes through the sewage filter to ensure clean oil flows into the piston system. This prevents blockage, damage, jamming or fracture of the piston rod caused by contaminated oil.
Piston displacement data is collected by two infrared distance measuring sensors. Data is converted via self-developed circuit system and displayed on the LCD screen for convenient and accurate displacement observation.
The oil circuit system is equipped with a sewage discharge function to simplify maintenance and cleaning work.
The equipment housing is made of aluminum alloy plate for high rigidity and stability.
The piston display system adopts a 3.5-inch color touch screen, which displays piston rod displacement, on-site ambient temperature and humidity.
The display unit is equipped with touch power keys and a displacement calibration button.
Two M20×1.5 pressure ports with optional shut-off valves for sealing performance tests.
