I. IQS10X Portable (Laboratory) Manual Pressure Pump
Product Introduction
This manual pressure pump is applicable for both laboratory and on-site working scenarios. Adopting an open and transparent structural design, it features easy operation, stable pressure rise and fall, high fine adjustment resolution, convenient maintenance and excellent leak-proof performance.The built-in gas-liquid separator and elaborately designed exhaust valve effectively prevent pump body contamination. The unique precision stop valve ensures stable pressure throughout the calibration process. A safety pin is installed at the pressure/vacuum switching position to avoid accidental displacement of the switching valve during pressurization.Equipped with specially designed M20×1.5 internal thread quick connectors, pressure instruments can be rapidly assembled and disassembled without wrenches or PTFE tape. The ergonomically designed pressure lever enables labor-saving pressure generation, greatly improving calibration efficiency.

Solution Introduction
This rapid pressure instrument calibration device is mainly used for calibrating analogue pressure gauges, pressure sensors, differential pressure sensors, pressure sensitive elements and pressure transmitters, capable of rapidly generating target pressure values.Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national, industrial and enterprise relevant standards, it is widely used for factory inspection and on-site calibration of various pressure instruments in pressure gauge manufacturers, product quality inspection institutes, research institutions, universities and third-party testing organizations.
