Solution Introduction
The IQS830 gas pressure regulator calibration solution is developed in accordance with JJF1328-2011 Calibration Specification for Gas Pressure Regulators with Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges. The system consists of a gas pressure regulator calibration bench, portable pressure generator, precision digital pressure gauge, and special connector kits for gas pressure regulators.
It supports integrated calibration of gas pressure regulators. There is no need to remove the built-in Bourdon tube pressure gauge from the regulator when verifying and calibrating pressure gauges fitted on oxygen, acetylene, argon, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, hydrogen and other types of gas pressure regulators. Adopting aerospace-grade sealing materials, the device features high safety, reliability and zero leakage, which greatly improves verification efficiency. It serves as an ideal calibration solution for metrology departments, industrial enterprises and other institutions to verify various gas pressure regulators.

IQS700 Fully Automatic Gas Pressure Generator
Product Overview
The IQS700 fully automatic gas pressure generator can deliver high gas pressure up to 30 MPa. It is designed to solve high-pressure gas calibration tasks both in laboratories and on-site, such as calibrating gas pressure regulators, oxygen inhalers, tyre pressure gauges, high-static-pressure differential pressure gauges and other pressure instruments. In laboratory scenarios, it can be connected with any standard calibration instruments as a gas pressure source to form a complete calibration system for metrological verification and calibration services.
