The Log Washer for Clay Removal is a high-intensity washing and desliming machine specifically designed for the effective removal of sticky clay, cemented mud lumps, and clay coatings from ores, aggregates, and mineral raw materials.
Many types of run-of-mine ores and aggregate materials contain significant amounts of adhesive clay, compacted mud, and surface contamination. Working Principle
The machine combines powerful mechanical attrition, high-pressure water washing, and gravity separation to achieve efficient and continuous removal of clay and impurities through a fully automated physical cleaning process.
1. Intensive Clay Disintegration
Material enters the inclined washing trough, where high-torque spiral shafts continuously tumble, compress, and agitate the feed. 2. High-Pressure Washing
