Working Principle

The machine utilizes mechanical attrition scrubbing, high-pressure water washing, and gravity-based separation to achieve efficient and continuous separation of ore, clay, impurities, and wastewater.

1. Clay Disintegration and Scrubbing

Run-of-mine ore is fed into the inclined washing trough, where rotating spiral blades continuously tumble, compress, and agitate the material. Strong particle-to-particle friction breaks down cemented clay lumps and removes tightly adhered mud coatings from ore surfaces.

2. Hydraulic Washing and Density Separation

3. Clean Ore Conveying
