1. Product Introduction
Log Washer for Stone Washing is a heavy-duty washing equipment specially designed for cleaning various types of stones and rock materials. It is widely used in sand and gravel production lines, quarries, and aggregate processing plants.
Raw stones are usually covered with clay, mud, dust, and weathered layers, which result in high mud content and low purity in final products, making them unsuitable for construction and building material standards.

2. Working Principle
The equipment adopts a pure physical cleaning process combining mechanical scrubbing, water washing, and gravity separation to automatically separate stone, clay, and impurities.
1. Clay scrubbing and disintegration
Stones enter the inclined trough, where spiral blades continuously tumble and rub the material. This action breaks up cemented clay and removes thick mud layers from stone surfaces.
2. Hydraulic washing and stratification
Continuous water spraying is applied. Clean, heavy stone particles settle naturally, while light clay, dust, and fine particles remain suspended in water, achieving effective separation.
3. Clean stone discharge
After washing, qualified stones are steadily lifted and discharged by spiral blades. After dewatering, they are sent to downstream screening or shaping equipment.
4. Slurry overflow discharge
Suspended mud and waste materials are discharged through the tail overflow outlet, ensuring complete separation of stone, mud, and water, and preventing re-contamination.
