ZFS Series SN Wafer Butterfly Valve Product Introduction
1. Product Overview
ZFS-SN wafer butterfly valve is a light-duty flow control valve specially designed for industrial and municipal fluid pipelines. Equipped with SN one-piece integrated rubber liner, it realizes bidirectional zero leakage sealing. The valve body is made of high-strength ductile iron with full epoxy anti-corrosion coating, featuring compact size, low flow resistance and convenient wafer clamping installation. This valve can be matched with manual lever, pneumatic actuator and electric actuator, widely applied for water supply, sewage treatment, HVAC, chemical neutral medium conveying systems.
2. Core Structural Advantages
1. SN Integrated Sealing Liner
The whole-packaged SN rubber liner is vulcanized integrally, closely fitted with valve body and butterfly plate, supporting bidirectional bubble-tight shut-off, anti-aging, wear-resistant, long service life without frequent replacement.
2. Ductile Iron Valve Body
Adopts QT450 ductile iron casting, overall epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, excellent rust and corrosion resistance, stable mechanical performance under medium pressure impact.
3. Smooth Full Bore Channel
Optimized streamline butterfly plate structure greatly reduces fluid resistance and pressure loss, improves pipeline conveying efficiency, suitable for large flow circulation working conditions.
4. Convenient Wafer Installation
Wafer connection design, only two sets of flange bolts required for clamping between pipeline flanges, saves installation space and construction cost, easy disassembly for later maintenance.
5. Diversified Drive Matching
Standard top mounting drive shaft conforms to ISO5211 universal standard, compatible with manual operating lever, pneumatic actuator and electric actuator to realize manual/automatic remote control.
