Silo Venting Filter
Product Description
Silo Venting Filter is designed for ventilated or pneumatically filled silos. Installed on the top of the silo, it helps release air and collect dust during filling, keeping the working environment cleaner and improving system efficiency. The product features a cylindrical structure with vertically mounted filter elements, and different models are available with vibration cleaning or pulse/air jet cleaning systems to meet different working conditions.
The filter body is available in stainless steel or carbon steel depending on the model. Standard configurations include flange connection, integrated bottom flange structure, and easy-maintenance design. Some models are equipped with quick-release filter element fasteners, gas-cylinder assisted cover opening, anti-intrusion grille, and weather protection cover for reliable outdoor use.

FY-24 Series Silo Venting Filter

R03 Series Silo Venting Filter
Body diameter: Φ800 mm; filter surface: 24.5 m²; air consumption: 4.5 Nm³/h; max. height when closed: 1150 mm; max. height when open: 1830 mm; weight: 79 kg. Body material options include SUS430 / SUS304 / SUS316.
V2 Series Silo Venting Filter
Body diameter: Φ800 mm; filter surface: 24 m²; max. height when closed: 1140 mm; max. height when open: 1825 mm; weight: 100 kg. This model uses a vibration cleaning structure and stainless steel body with integrated bottom flange.
FN Series Silo Venting Filters
FN series are cylindrical dust collectors for pneumatically filled silos. The brochure shows configurable options including filter diameter 400 / 600 / 800 / 1000 mm, filter surface 1–48 m², compressed air or vibration cleaning, flanged connection, and body material options in 430 / 304 / 316 stainless steel.
Filter Media Options
Filter media options shown in the brochure include polyester, anti-static polyester, PTFE membrane, polyester felt, and other special materials for different powder conditions. The brochure also notes different materials for general powder, wet or oily powder, anti-static requirements, and special powder applications.
Application
Widely used on cement silos and other bulk material storage systems for dust collection and air venting during silo filling. Suitable for powder handling systems that require reliable filtration performance and convenient maintenance.
