Short Product Description
VFS Butterfly Valve is widely used for shutting off bulk material silos, hoppers and containers, and for interrupting the flow of powdery or granular materials in both mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems. It is available in detachable single flange, single flange and double flange versions, with multiple disc and seal material options for different working conditions.

For lumpy, granular or fibrous products, cast iron or AISI304 disc is recommended for better performance
Product Features
The VFS Butterfly Valve is one of the most frequently used shut-off devices for bulk material handling. It is specially designed for closing bulk material silos, hoppers or containers and for controlling the flow of powdery and granular materials. The product offers flexible configuration with different body structures, disc materials and seal materials, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
Its main components include cast aluminum alloy valve body, cast aluminum alloy yoke, and nylon shaft sleeve, which provide a lightweight yet durable structure. Depending on the working condition, customers can choose polyurethane disc, cast iron disc, aluminum disc or stainless steel disc, together with NBR, EPDM, silicon or food-grade rubber sealing ring.
