Lubricating Grease Water Washout Characteristics Tester

Introduction
This instrument is used to determine resistance of a lubricating grease to washout by water from a bearing. Under the specified laboratory conditions, when tested at 38°C or 79°C, the characteristics of the grease's resistance to being washed out of the bearing by water are evaluated.

Main Feature
1. One-piece structure, the instrument shell is made of refined steel plate and glazed, durable;
2. The test bearing chamber and housing fully meet the requirements of the standard method;
3. Stainless steel water tank with inlet and outlet pipes, aluminum bearing chamber, copper chrome-
plated circulating pump, 1/4 HP motor;
4. Stainless steel heater;
5. The thermostat of the instrument is an intelligent regulator that integrates temperature control and
display, and is equipped with a microprocessor for PID adjustment.
6. The unique design can not start the test shaft, but start the water pump circulation system alone
7. Fixed speed motor, no need to adjust the speed, the speed is 600rpm;
8. Accurately control the test temperature of 38°C and 79°C in accordance with ASTM standards;
9. The improved connecting shaft can quickly and easily disassemble and assemble the test bearing
and the inner and outer baffles.
