Product Introduction
This instrument is measuring the consistency of lubricating greases by the penetration of a cone of specified dimensions, mass, and finish.

Main Feature
1. Adopting high-precision LVDT displacement sensor, split structure, no friction when the cone rod falls.
2. Animation simulation of reality, touch screen operation; human-computer interaction interface, more intuitive, more convenient
3. Integrated thermostatic water bath. It comes with a thermostatic water bath with heating/cooling function, and the precision of temperature control can reach ±0.5℃.
4. Quick positioning of cone tip. Stepping motor fast lifting + encoder coarse/fine adjustment, with position memory and automatic cone tip positioning function;
5. Experiment automatic computer. All tests are finished, and the average cone penetration test result is recorded and calculated automatically;
6. Automatic cone lifting. At the end of each test, the unique experience cone component automatically grabs and lifts the function;
7. Powerful Data Processing. Function. 200 groups of test data curves and other information can be stored; U-disk data dumping; 485 interface ModBus protocol
8. Powerful help function. With graphic help tips information such as installation, operation, checking, calibration, maintenance tips and abnormal judgement;
