This series of mine-used flameproof intelligent vacuum circuit breaker are suitable for coal mines with methane mixed gas and explosion hazards. In the power supply grid with an alternating current of50Hz,rated voltage of1140Vand below, with an ungrounded neutral point, they can be used as the main distribution switch, branch switch or for infrequent starting of motors. Connected with the mine power automatic control and comprehensive automation system, remote automatic control and monitoring equipment can be realized to achieve unattended operation.

It adopts a quick-opening door structure and a full Chinese display, which can display real-time parameters of the system such as three-phase voltage, three-phase current, active power, reactive power, insulation resistance, electricity consumption, and number of switch-on times;

Pull-down menu setting, with the function of parameter setting and modification, can accurately modify and set the parameters of the switch, with a step size of 1;

The switch has various protection functions such as short circuit, overload, leakage locking, phase failure, three-phase unbalance, leakage protection, undervoltage, and overvoltage absorption;

It has the functions of wind, electricity and gas locking, high-voltage electrical interlocking, temperature alarm, and remote opening;

It is equipped with standard 4G, wifi, TCP/IP, 485, LoRa communication interfaces, which can be selected according to customer needs. It is configured in the mine power automatic control and comprehensive automation system to realize the four remote functions of remote measurement, remote control, remote signaling, and remote adjustment, and achieve the automation of power supply equipment.
