Product Introduction:
The K1Z13 series mine-used flameproof and intrinsically safe permanent magnet vacuum combined feeder switch is an intelligent power distribution device specially designed for underground coal mines. It is suitable for hazardous environments containing explosive gases such as methane and coal dust. This product adopts a modular combined design, integrating multi-circuit power supply functions. It features high safety, intelligent management, and convenient maintenance. It supports multi-voltage levels of 1140V/660V and is widely used in the power supply systems of underground coal mines.
Product Features:
· Adopts a permanent magnet integrated electric drawer module structure with mechanical and electrical interlocking functions to prevent misoperation;
· Equipped with a built-in high-definition camera to monitor the state of moving contacts in real-time and ensure visible breakpoints;
· Features electrical and mechanical locking and manual forced tripping functions, supporting long-distance and end short-circuit protection;
· Each circuit has an independent flameproof cavity. Faulty branches can be repaired separately without affecting the power supply of other circuits;
· Supports the isolation of the electric/manual control module from the main circuit, allowing maintenance without shutting down the upper-level power supply;
· The main control screen supports parameter setting via a USB intrinsically safe keyboard. It has a dual-screen design of a 15-inch color screen + a 4-inch Chinese display, realizing synchronous display and mutual backup of multi-circuit information;
· Modular building-block design, supporting flexible combination of multiple modules for easy expansion and maintenance;
· Has the function of electric energy metering, supporting independent power consumption assessment for each sub-circuit;
· Supports various communication methods such as Ethernet, optical fiber, NFC/ Bluetooth, realizing the "six-remote functions (remote measurement, remote signaling, remote adjustment, remote vision, remote control, remote test);
· Can be linked with the ground monitoring system, supporting remote operation via mobile terminals to achieve unattended operation.
