Series Single-rope Winding Mine Hoist


Purpose and Scope of Use

1.Purpose: The JK(B) series single-rope winding mine hoist is mainly used for hoisting and lowering materials and personnel in inclined roadways and shafts on the ground or underground in coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines. It can also be used for hoisting materials and auxiliary material transportation in other industrial sectors.

2.Scope of Use:

1.The working environment of the explosion-proof hoist is as follows: The concentration of gas, coal seams, etc. in the surrounding air should not exceed the concentration specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" (2016 edition);

2.The hoist should be installed in a machine room with an air temperature of 0 - 40°C, a relative humidity of no more than 85% (when the ambient temperature is 20°C ± 5°C), and an altitude of no more than 1000m. It should be able to prevent liquid from invading the electrical appliances and work in an environment without severe vibration, jolting, and corrosive gases.

3.When the altitude exceeds 1000m, the decrease in air cooling effect and dielectric strength should be taken into account. The selected electrical appliances should be designed or used according to the agreement between the manufacturer and the user.
