High Strength + High Torsion Resistance

Using high-strength alloy steels such as 42CrMo and 34CrNiMo6, the die forging process refines metal grains and densifies the structure, with tensile strength ≥800MPa, torsional strength ≥750MPa, and maximum torque capacity ≤10000N·m (adjustable according to size/material).

Combined Toughness + Fatigue Resistance

Optimized heat treatment process (quenching and tempering + isothermal quenching), impact toughness ≥45J/cm² (20℃), maintaining good toughness even at low temperature (-40℃) to avoid brittle fracture under impact loads.

High Precision + Low Deviation

The whole process complies with GB series standards, key dimensional tolerances are controlled at h7-h8 level, coaxiality ≤0.015mm, parallelism ≤0.02mm/m, ensuring precise alignment with shaft components and transmission deviation ≤0.1%.

Wear & Corrosion Resistance + Adaptable to Complex Working Conditions

The surface is treated by quenching, nitriding or chrome plating, with hardness up to HRC55-62 (surface hardened state), excellent wear and anti-seizure performance, resisting long-term friction and medium corrosion.
